riding style
with the thunder bolt you can destroy any terrain on the mountain. it's made to lay down the hardest lines and fastest rides with you.

shape
the thunder bolt has a directional shape. the directional 3btâ„¢ is rather narrow, while the lift of the sidekicksâ„¢ is slightly more pronounced at the nose than at the tail. sidekickâ„¢ tips increase edge lift at the widest points of the nose and tail for even easier turn initiation, more float and better handling in difficult terrain.

profile
directional 3btâ„¢ offers a relatively narrow centrebase and, in the case of the thunder bolt, slightly more edge lift at the nose than at the tail. this provides additional float in the powder. the dynamic camber is perfectly dosed for aggressive and powerful shredding.

flex
the flex is medium to stiff, just right for fast rides and powder.

construction
the feather-light super ultra light core made of poplar wood and swiss paulownia is additionally reinforced with light and strong tri-ax fibreglass. this makes the board extremely stable and gives it powerful pop. carbon reinforcements have been installed along the entire length of the board. these provide additional torsional stiffness, edge hold and pop. the nano speed s base is hard and fast and remains so when well maintained.
the backseat inserts ensure a setback with enough float even on the deepest days.
