The Altenberg track is considered one of the most difficult in the world. Officially opened over 27 years ago, the artificial track in Saxony's Ore Mountains is the youngest of the four German ice tracks and is the venue for the third round of the Viessmann FIBT Bob & Skeleton World Cup 2014/2015.
