Ash and Holly Skiing in Verbier

Holly and I skiing the variable snow in the Savoleyres sector of Verbier, February 2010. Filmed by Rob Deering! It was a gorgeous day and my second day of skiing since last season. After my knee injury, I'd spent six or seven weeks using Smash Ski Training to rehab my knee and develop the co-ordination, functionality and power for skiing. It felt great!
