One of the highlights in my stay at Kebnekajse is the tour up on Kebnetjocka 1763 m over the ocean and the descent down through "Jökelbäcken" which probably is the finest randotour for common man within reach from the tourist station. The 1000 drop meters are equally distributed the views magnificent and the topography in the glacier ravine is inviting for skiing! My heart rate under such conditions is in average on 125 with max 140 and min 80 beats per minute. These conditions does not change much when climbing and descending, they are compared while the time up is 4,5 hours and the time down is less than 0,5 hours.
