La Thuile, La Rosiere and Val d'Isere, a ski trip for four days starting from the Valle d'Aosta with an itinerary suitable for all skiers who ski on red runs. To start it just a few things: skis, boots and a backpack with a few clothes that allow you to spend three nights at the hotel.

First day. The appointment is at 8.30 to the cable cars in La Thuile where you can ski on the slopes, especially Berthod, whose maximum gradient is 73%, during the past editions of the Cup downhill races in Europe and approved for racing International World Cup, which takes you to La Thuile after nearly four miles of challenging descent. And yet the track 25, which plunges from the top of the Belvedere in the valley until you reach a myriad of emotions the departure of the chairlift Fourclaz Express.
We ski in the morning in La Thuile, thanks to the international connection to the French resort of La Rosiere, Espace San Bernardo belongs to and is able to offer a single pass with 160 km of pistes served by 38 ski lifts with an hourly capacity total of 58,000 people per hour. A jewel in the Western Alps, dominated by a beautiful valley from one side of the Rutor and the other from the Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Europe.
For lunch we prefer the shelter of the Italian side of the areabecause you can taste delicious sandwiches with meats and cheeses and real meals of typical dishes. In the afternoon we move into the French part of the district. Do not miss the fantastic "snowzone", an area dedicated to real fans of extreme skiing with a snowpark, a border crossing and airy free-rider safely where you have the possibility of slipping on snow virgin and intact, along marked trails that come standard from the slopes, of course reserved for expert skiers.
At 16.00, the appointment is in the valley of La Rosiere to take a taxi and walk towards Val d'Isere where we stay two nights.
Info Taxi: whether it is best to book a Friday or Saturday evening, the day before, or 3-4 hours notice is sufficient:
- Taxi Ludovic Bois, +33 625 894053 Cell (28 Euro group of six people)
- Taxi Val D'Is, Tel: +33 6 99 82 73 74 (30 Euro A / R group of six people)

For dinner we recommend the restaurant "Chalet du Cret," one of the best among those we tested in Val d'Isere, appreciated by both tourists and locals.

Second Day. Finally, you can ski in Val d'Isere, one of world capital of winter sports, located in the heart of the Alps, the Massif de la Vanoise in the Savoie in the Rhone-Alps region. The district is the 'Espace Killy has over 300 km of slopes extends over 2000 meters in altitude resulting in uninterrupted descent. Our advice is to see the area of the district to the Grande Motte (glacier, 3656m above sea level) and the 'Aiguille Perce suggest where the black track "The Face" used for the downhill race in the 1992 Olympics, and " Sache "from the top of the Aiguille Percée down to Tignes Les Brevieres. For dinner we recommend the restaurant" Le Salon des fous ".

Third day. We move into the area that revolves around Solaise and Col de l'Iseran, both served by different systems, mostly gondolas. One of the most successful is to Laisinant Express, a chairlift that connects the village of the same name (Laisinant fact) with a chain of mountains that lies beyond the Solaise area.
This chair offers a reason to try the blue run "L" which goes down to the valley, before the construction of this facility had to walk back through the whole city to turn back, but now the return is much more simple, convenient and fast thanks to the new network installations. And if you are not ready for challenging downhill, then you should opt for the track known as the Green, which is the longest downhill in Val d'Isere. And 'one of the beaten track, far less than five kilometers from the summit of Bellevarde to the village of La Daille and the underlying difficulty is intermediate.
So, despite his appearance and his reputation as "tough," the resort of Val d'Isere is essentially a real paradise for skiers of intermediate level. In fact, all the more challenging and difficult descents are confined beyond the main routes, in a well-defined.
At 16.00 we find ourselves in the taxi back to La Rosiere where we recommend you book your hotel with half board.

Fourth day. We spend the day at the slopes of La Rosiere. Numerous trails for all levels waiting to be crossed in front of the balcony over the beautiful valley from Albertville 1992 Olympic 1,200 meters to 2,383 meters des Ecudets the Col de la Traversette, site of a fort of war. If conditions permit, we suggest Froide Fontaine the track that winds through tall trees up to Séez.
In the evening we return to La Thuile, where each return to his destination.
