It will reopen at the end of Septembre Sölden, in the Ötztal valley, Tyrol's winter holiday in paradise less than two hours away from Bolzano, which has 34 lifts connected to each other by 146 km of slopes, partially located on the two glaciers of Rettenbach and Riesenferner. The ski tour reaches three peaks over 3,000 m in altitude: Gaislachkogl, and Schwarze Schneid Tiefenbachkogl, all connected directly on skis. The tour covers a length of 50 kilometers with an elevation gain of 10,000 me promises a breathtaking 360 degrees of the surrounding mountains.
On each of the three peaks have been placed viewing platforms of the original, created by a famous German architect. Absolutely spectacular walkway with access from the mountain station Tiefenbachkogl: the metal platform suspended by two ropes'acciaio protrudes 25 m in the absolute vacuum, allowing a wonderful view on the Wildspitze (3774m), the highest mountain in the Tyrol . Gaislachkogl top of the mountain, reached via the new cabionvia design, was built instead of the broader viewpoint of the Tyrol, a circular platform of steel and glass.
Waiting for skiers also a special dining experience related to the high mountains and eclectic and refined palates with gourmet specialties of contrasts: from fresh oysters accompanied by flutes of champagne, the simple, wholesome snack made with bacon and cheese.
