Orca Split 153 2022 Splitboard with serrated edges - turns ice into powder

The Lib Tech Orca Split promises massive fun on wide, wide slopes and in narrow, icy couloirs. Efficient on the ascent and incredibly agile on the descent, it's a splitboard you'll love straight away.

Riding style
This board is perfect for you if you're an advanced rider always on the hunt for untouched powder slopes, deep carving turns and challenging climbs.

Shape
The tapered directional shape is perfect for all-mountain and freeriding. The nose is longer and wider than the tail for controlled turns in any terrain. The additional setback of the bindings gives the board a lot of uplift in powder. The Magne-Traction® technology provides improved edge hold with serrated edges. Especially on icy slopes they unfold their full potential.

Profile
The C2X profile comes with a short rocker between the bindings combined with a wide camber underneath the bindings. This combination offers a good edge hold thanks to the camber areas, as well as good lift and unlimited freestyle action without canting thanks to the rocker.

Flex
The medium-stiff flex ensures precise control and fast board response.

Construction
The 'Horsepower Construction' HP is even lighter than the 'Original Power Construction' OP, more environmentally friendly through the use of organic beans and basalt fibres and offers an extremely smooth ride. The Aspen and Paulownia wood core is sturdy and provides you with a lot of pop. The topsheet is made from organic sublimated beans. The sintered base is very fast, but requires careful maintenance.
