The Tapered Twin from Wolle Nyvelt

The Salamon Sickstick turns good powder days, into incredible powder days and has been doing so for over ten years. Wool Nyvelt's Tapered Twin design comes with a Rock Out Camber for easy turning, while the taper in the tail offers better float and manoeuvrability. Bamboo provides reactive turns and an agile feel.
This board will make your powder days unforgettable.

Riding style
A fun all-mountain, but mostly powder board for any rider who appreciates deep powder surf turns and creative riding anywhere on the mountain. With this snowboard, the good times never stop.

Shape
The Tapered Twin shape is the epitome of freestyle all over the mountain and especially in the backcountry. It remains agile and reactive, while the taper in the tail provides better manoeuvrability and more lift. Butter in deep snow, cliff drops or carving on the piste - the Sickstick is there.

Profile
The Sickstick comes with a Rock Out Camber. The rocker on the tip and tail lifts the board out of the deep snow, but remains stable and reactive thanks to the camber near the contact points and the flat area between the bindings.

Flex
The medium-stiff flex offers increased pop in the tail and a more robust nose, making it easier for riders to maintain control in all terrain and conditions.

Construction
The components of the Ghost Green core have been selected and developed to optimise pop and reduce weight while at the same time utilising the sustainable properties of super light paulownia wood. ABC Wrapper is a patented process in which a bamboo veneer reduces the proportion of glass fibre and synthetic resins in the board by 40 %. The classic ABS sidewalls are no more and have been replaced by waterproof bamboo canes. The sintered EG base is fast and remains so with the right care.

Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
