A PLAYFUL AND CREATIVE FREERIDE-POWDERBOARD

The Salomon HPS Louif Paradis features a Rock Out Camber and medium flex. It's extremely manoeuvrable and smooth to surf through the deepest snow at your favourite backcountry spot.

Riding Style
A fun all-mountain/ powder board for every rider - carving turns on the slopes, surfing turns in the powder or creative riding anywhere on the mountain. The good times never stop with this board.

Shape
The tapered directional shape is perfect for all-mountain and freeriding. The nose is slightly wider than the tail for controlled turns in any terrain. The offset of the bindings towards the tail (setback) makes the nose a little longer for even more float in powder.

Profile
The Rock Out Camber is flat between the bindings for stability, while a camber under and just outside the bindings offers reactivity and a rocker at tip and tail adds amazing pressability.

Flex
The soft-medium flex allows for easy turns and ensures a fun and comfortable ride through any terrain at any time, whether park, powder or piste and the trails in between.

Construction
The sintered EG Base is designed for super fast glide on any snow, from fresh powder to slushy spring snow. Salomon enhances the natural snap and pop of the wood core with a specially shaped Popster core profile. The Ghost Green core components have been selected and engineered to optimise pop and reduce weight while harnessing the sustainable properties of super-light Paulownia wood. ABC Wrapper is a patented process where a bamboo veneer reduces the amount of fibreglass and synthetic resins in the board by 40%. The classic ABS sidewalls are replaced by waterproof bamboo poles.

Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
