Sella Nevea is a ski resort on the border with Slovenia in the municipality of Chiusaforte, located about 1100 meters above sea level, at the foot of beautiful Mount Canin and directly under the hollow of Preval. The ski area is famous for the excellent snow conditions, with a ski season that starts in November and lasts until May, but has an echo in the summer with one of the snowfields lowest in Europe, in the valley of Sella Preval.

Forni di Sopra, appointment with the Sky-Race Friulian Dolomites

The emotions of the Sky Race Friulian Dolomites are coming back. The race is not competitive with individually dedicated to the "runners" male and female will be staged on Sunday, August 30 departure from Forni di Sopra, through four valleys in the beautiful setting in the Natural Park of the Dolomites of Friuli, recently approved as World Heritage Site.

Unesco: the Dolomites become Universal Heritage of Humanity

The World Heritage Committee has officially entered the Dolomites in the list of Universal Heritage of Humanity UNESCO. A decision on the nomination submitted by the Italian government was taken unanimously by the 21 members of the UNESCO committee, meeting in Seville.
