The cable car Diavolezza has closed its doors las 26th November 2011 and reopens Saturday, February 11th for the spring skiing season with a new look futuristic. This is the largest investment project of the company Bergbahnen Engadin St. Moritz AG's 2011/2012 season, the new cable is slightly smaller than the previous one, but is heavier and faster. The windows reach to the floor and guests can enjoy a stunning panoramic view.

The event, the sixth and final stage of the 2011 season, will be held on Verbier's legendary Bec des Rosses on Saturday, 19 March (weather permitting). This year's event will be a true battle royale with more than five men skiers who, with a win in Verbier, can still be crowned Freeride World Champion.
