How to store skis, boots and equipment at the end of the season

The ski season is coming to an end and unless you're among the fans (or lucky) scieranno that even in summer on the glacier, here is some advice on how to store skis and all the equipment between seasons and the ' other. Here's our brief tutorial.

If you want to do a perfect job, the maximum is to wax the skis without scraping. What does this mean? boots: a speech that is similar to skiing, but here is even more important. The efficiency of a boot depends on the quality of plastics and must treat them well. Do not leave your boots under the light, do not let the heat and keep out dampness. If advice is simple, remove the liner and let it dry for good in the open air, to prevent odors and mold number, but keep it inside the hull.

The hull must be fastened with the hooks, but the hooks do not need to be tightened up. It is sufficient to either the first or second hook, to allow the shell to maintain its position without being too tight, the plastics still so for six months may be bent.

Another tip is to tighten all the screws and allen present (those of the hooks of the rings, the side screws): skiing often give up and you may lose some pieces around the tracks, a good tightening of bolts, it's useful.
